This Italian restaurant is run by critically acclaimed chef director Rob Gentile, who expertly designed the brunch menu to include things like raw sea bass with prosecco and lemon, scrambled eggs with stracciatella cheese and black truffles and Italian style waffles with white chocolate ganache, whipped cream and preserved abate pear. Top off your delicious meal with an espresso macchiato or a perfectly crafted cappuccino.

Café Boulud

It doesn't get more lavish than brunching at the Four Seasons' Café Boulud. The fixed price affair offers two courses for $52. Choose from crepes with caramelized apple, maple-glazed smoked bacon and crème fraîche, Lyon-style northern pike quenelle with cognac-lobster sauce, and red-wine poached eggs with braised short ribs and sourdough bread.

The Oxley
